civil marriage or inter faith marriage may be called inter religion marriage for the purpose of civil marriage age of the girl and boy shoul 18+ and 21+ respectively, single status is must, If applicants are divorcee, widow or widower the proof of the same is required, the parties should be of a sound mind and no degree of prohibited relationship is must.Notice of Intend to Marriage:Both the parties will present their intend to marriage notice to the marriage officer acording to the prescribed formate along with the syatement of their respective witnesses.Waiting Period of 30 days:on presentation of intend to marriage notice the marriage officer will enter the same into the marriage book and thereafter will proceed according to the section 7 of special marriage act, will fix a date for completion of marriage,Objection: Any person may file his/her objection for stay/refusal of marriage but the objection may be file only those are maintainable under section 4 of special marriage act.Certificate: on the satisfaction of the marriage officer the marriage would be comleted and a certificate will be issued to the parties.
