1. Sir, both I and my girlfriend are not educated, I have only Aadhar card and my girlfriend also has Aadhar card, can we get married on the basis of these documents?

Ans.To get married in Delhi, at least two documents are required, number one is Aadhar card and PAN card. Whether you are educated or not has nothing to do with marriage. You can get married even if you are uneducated.

2. The boy's age is 21 years but the girl's age is 17 years. Can the marriage be registered?

Ans. For marriage, the age of the boy must be 21 years and the age of the girl must be 18 years, if the age is less than this then marriage cannot take place.
